We help you better connect to, understand & communicate with the people you intend to serve.
Services
Research
You are the expert on your project—its technical and business components—but how much do you know about the people you want to offer it to? We connect with the people you intend to serve to understand their current experience, goals, thinking styles, needs, barriers, workaround, etc. We use strategies such as interviews, surveys, workshops, observation, artifact analysis, etc. Most importantly, we provide you with evidence-based insights that help you make informed decisions.
Communication Strategy
You have a message to share, we make sure you have a strong plan to do so. What is your goal, who is your audience, what is your message, what is your tone? We make sure you have clarity on those elements and that they work in synergy with one another. Yes, we can make you a cute logo or an annual report, but if it’s not anchored in a sound communication strategy, you are missing out.
Graphic Design
You want to capture people’s attention and earn their trust. Not just any people, your people, the people you intend to serve. We help you use the right medium and signifiers (colour, typeface, composition, visuals) to make sure your message stands out to the right people. We do logos, icons, posters, data visualizations, reports, presentations, motion graphics, and more.
Illustrations
You need to communicate a mood, a feeling or a point of view. You want to convey a complex idea in a way words just can’t (alone). We create bespoke, AI-free illustrations to help you bring your message across.
Collaborators
Testimonials
“Sam received direction swiftly, was able to ask the right questions, and was keen on almost over-involving our design teams in the process to make sure we got what we needed from her in the process. Her friendly demeanour makes it very easy to work with her, making her a great cultural fit with our energetic team, whilst never compromising on the quality of insights we were expected to deliver to our joint client. Sam worked well under pressure and was always focused to the task at hand. Always looking forward to working with her again and definitely recommended for any design task.”

“Sam is a wonderful collaborator and researcher! She brings deep skills in qualitative design, leveraging her background in psychology and community work. Sam's ethics and sensitivity shone in a complex project working with a vulnerable population with mental health needs, and I was blown away by her reflective and creative approach to research. In addition, Sam is collaborative, flexible, patient and best of all, FUN to work with.”
